TERMS
UK buyers
Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class service unless the enhanced track/trace services are requested. These are slightly more expensive but may give you peace of mind.
Overseas buyers
Items are sent via standard airmail, via this service we can not track/trace items therefore deliveries are not guaranteed or covered for loss. An enhanced track/trace service is available, at greater cost, please contact us for details.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer our overseas customers a returns policy.
Method of Payment
Cheques and postal orders are to be made payable to Agrimanuals in GB Pounds.
Payments are accepted on all major credit/debit cards
We also accept payments via paypal.

Returns policy - UK Only
All items are honestly and accurately described including their condition and please have
this in mind when making your purchase.
Also please remember that the vast majority of the items on the website have been previously used.
However, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase email us within
7 days of receipt with your intention to return the item and the reason why.
Return the item in the original packaging or packaging of a similar standard via the
same service as it was sent and your money will be refunded.
Please note the cost of returning the item is non-refundable.
Store Reference Numbers
Please note that some store ref numbers prefixed with OS & US - this means that the manual is stored at our sister site in the USA and please be aware that this could result a slight delay in dispatching the order - we try to process the order as quickly as possible but it can take up to 21 days but no longer than 28 days.

If you would like to take advantage of a 30% discount and have the manual emailed to you in a pdf file which then you are free to print off as you wish. Please make sure of the following - First the manual you want has the word REPRINT in the description (those with out REPRINT in the description are available in hard copy only), then Add to Cart, select the Delivery method UK (even if you are outside of the UK), enter your address details making sure that your email address is correct (it won't get to you if it’s wrong!) click continue, enter discount code emanual click continue, select one of the payment options and as soon as payment as been cleared you will receive an email with a link to the pdf file for the manual within 1 - 48hrs, the link will then be active for 7 days and depending on the size of the manual more than one pdf file may be required. Once you have the pdf file it’s yours to access until you delete it. You will not receive a hard copy through the mail with this service.
